Brake Press Operator

We are seeking a full time Brake Press Operator. A Successful candidate will effectively communicate with the Sheet Metal Supervisor to ensure timely completion of all work tickets.

Essential Functions:

• Accurate use of Calipers.
  
• Must be able to set up and operate Press Brake.
  
• Adapt and promote best in class practices, foster collaboration across the Company, ensures smoother implementations of solutions ad build overall capability of the organization.
  
• Must be able to prepare and run complex forming and bend operations.
  
• Will have previous knowledge and understanding in interpreting blue prints and tolerances.
  
• Must understand flat pattern layout.
  
• Must be able to effectively move parts through the department and be cognizant of work instructions.
• Knowledge of Hydro Form, Press and Straightening abilities a plus.
  
• Must work with a safety conscious mindset at all times.

• Demonstrated success in all functional areas within a fast-paced, technically focused manufacturing environment is essential.
  
  
• Must be results-oriented and demonstrate strategic thinking, innovation, flexibility in dealing with changing and ambiguous situations.
  
  
• Demonstrated success working in highly collaborative multi-function environment, with a track record of accomplishment.
