CMM Programmer

We are a growing aerospace manufacturing facility located in South King County, seeking a career minded individual for a full time CMM Programmer/Operator position.  

A qualified person will possess the necessary skills to operate using quality assurance activities associated with inspection, development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes, materials, and products by performing the following duties.:  

Develops and executes CMM programs to inspect various manufactured goods using CMM and Portable CMM (FARO Arm).  

• Develops and initiate standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.  
  
  
• Follow developed methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material.  
  
  
• Prepares First Article Reports in accordance with AS9102 requirements.  
   
• Interfaces with procurement, engineering, manufacturing, customer or vendors to coordinate and resolve quality-related problems.  
  
  
• Provides computerized status report describing progress and concerns related to inspection activities, nonconforming items, and/or other items related to the quality of the process, material, or product.  
  
  
• Maintains a working knowledge of the latest codes and new developments in testing and examination methods of processes, materials, and products.
