Customer Service Coordinator

This position is responsible for processing orders assuring accuracy, tracking and expediting orders. This position is also responsible for communicating directly with co-workers and customers to ensure on time deliveries. The ideal candidate is professional and reliable with an enthusiastic, positive attitude. A genuine willingness to exceed customer expectations is required.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Place customer's orders in our computer system. Progress must be related to customers continually. Orders must be reviewed for accuracy. Alert customers immediately if there are any delays or changes to the delivery date.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Outgoing, motivated, well organized, detail-oriented individual who is able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership and pride.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm when faced with mounting pressure related to deadlines and multiple priorities.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills to meet a variety of communication needs.
  • Good interpersonal skills that foster open upward and downward communication built on mutual respect.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years customer service experience required.

 COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

  • Full-time position, M-F
  • Medical benefits start 60 days after date of hire
  • Paid holidays, vacation and sick leave • Staring wage is $14+ per hour-DOE
