CNC Machining

We have a wide range of milling and tapping centers that range from 20"x14" all the way up to our 144"x48" machines that are typically used for our larger more complex jobs, along with a wide variety of 30, 40, and 50 taper machines that all have rotary indexer and 4th axis capabilities. We also have a large gantry router with a 144"x48" vacuum table for large more complex jobs that require such a holding technique.

WaterJet

Our water jet department consists of 2 axis machines with large cutting and etching capabilities that range from 4'x4' all the way up to our twin headed water jet that has a cutting and etching area of 7'x13'. We specialize in high quantity aluminum and steel jobs, but have capability of cutting out wooden and plastic parts.
